Hello hivers, an happy Wednesday to you all!
Today the sky over my city is full of gray clouds, but it's not too cold and so I could spend a pause from my work on art cleaning the backyard while my furry friends Nanny and Bimba were playing with the fallen leaves. 😊
Thinking about the color of the sky today, this morning I worked with my brushes and colors on a new artwork in different shades of gray.

As you can see, the subject is a vase in light gray with a plant inside and one of my usual tiny houses on it. The vase is placed on a white crochet doily, as the same way we use to do here in my area. I'm very satisfied by the result and so I'll work on the same subject on a canvas too.
It's an oil colors painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do every time I paint a new artwork, I took some pics while I was working on this one so you can see the process too:
