The woman and the sea.

Hello hivers, an happy Sunday to you all!
It's a warm day here, the Sun is shining on the sky since this morning and we just came back at home after a wonderful lunch spent with the relatives of my hubby Hive account@paolobeneforti for the birthday of one of the children (now 10 years old, the brother of the little twins I use to help take care one time at week ❤️ ). It was warm enough to eat outside, in their large garden and I think to spent the Sunday eating good food (included a wonderful birthday's cake) in a awesome company is the best way to spent some hours.

This morning, before to go to the relatives for the lunch, I painted a scene about the sea on my sketchbook, just to fix an idea I had on my mind and to understand if it could work in a painting.
The final result on the page:

As you can see, the subject is one of my usual woman with a dress that reminds to the sea (a tiny paper boat included).
It's an oil colors painting on a page of my small sketchbook (around A5 size) and, like I use to do, I took some pics while I was painted it on my small working table so you can see the process too:
