It is just a simple sketch but has valuable meanings for our health benefits, meditation is one of the best processes for our mental health. In this picture that I sketched this weekend, I used to show how hard to meditate especially at the beginning stages. This stickman is looking like a should monk, he tries to meditate but at the same time thinks about cryptocurrencies.
Once it hard but when you keep trying several time thing become easy and you start to see advantages of this process, of course, what I can tell you about a few advantage meditation is stress reduction, its improve focus creativity and eliminate negativity thinks.
