Transparent Perspective
Today I wanted to share with you one of my new 3D modern studio type unit design with a floor plan. The size of the lot is 50 SQ with a dimension in cm today is a rainy day and I'm so inspired to make a new design it takes 23 hrs to complete the whole design. I called that unit 'Vixma 2' the reasons why I called that unit Vixma 2 I have a design before and I called it 'Vixma 1'. In the interior at the front of the door, you can see a fence made by the Oak redwood that can cover the Bedroom and Dining area throughout the Kitchen area.
The studio unit has a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Living room, Dining area, Kitchen area, and Wardrobe area. It has also a 1 Door and 1 Window but the unit is fully finished. The part of the studio that I really like so much is in the Bedroom the floor is made by the wood and the elevation is 30 cm up by the floor with a thickness of 30 cm. Angle View & Time
I provided different types of view and time of my floor plan design to see how is the look of the house at different times.
Front View
Time - 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Here is the front view of the Vixma 2 with a fancy front door and five-panel window I made two photos of the unit one is in the day-time the other one is in the night-time.
Top View (First Level) with Furniture
Time - 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
I made a two types scenario of the top view of the studio one is in the day-time the other one is in the night-time.
Oblique View
Time - 8:00 PM
I made an oblique view of the studio to picturized the interior and the exterior design in different types of view and different time scenarios.
Axonometric View
Time - 8:00 AM
In the axonometric view you can see the front exterior design of the studio it's just like an oblique view. I made the axonometric view in the day-time.
Interior Design
For the satisfaction, I added an interior view of the unit to recognize what types of furniture that I installed it.

Procedure
Here are the procedures of how I can make the floor plan design of the studio.
Doors & Windows
After I built the walls I installed the doors and the width size of the main door is 99.8 cm, with a depth size of 22.5 cm and the height size is 200 cm. The size of the secondary door is 60 cm same goes for frame door. The width size of the main window is 213.2 cm, the depth size is 23.4 cm with a height size of 133.2 cm.
Modifying The Kitchen
After I've been installing the doors and the windows I modified the kitchen I installed the following furniture. I modified the texture some of the furniture in the kitchen
- Gray cabinet with basin
- Gray cabinet
- Gray drawers
- Wood corner cabinet
- Fridge
- Upper corner cabinet
- Wood glass door cabinet
- Cooktop
- Coffee maker
- Mat
- Modifying The Bathroom
I modified the bathroom and I installed the following types of furniture.
- Shower cabin
- Shower curtain
- Showerhead and faucet
- Vanity
- Towel rack
- Bathmat
Modifying The Dining, Bedroom & Living Room
I pay most of my attention in this part of the studio in the dining and living room I took more time to modified those 3 parts of the studio because of the tiny space. Here's are the following types of furniture that I installed.

- TV
- TV shelf unit
- Sofa 2 seats
Furniture for the Dining Room:
- Chair
- Round table
- Flowers
Furniture for the Bedroom Room:
- Bed
- Curtain
- Bedside table

- Air conditioning - Internal unit
