Autodesk Sketchbook Smudge Series #1 : My first Smudge Art

Hi Guys
This is my first attempt on smudge painting and i decided to start with one of my favourite comedian named Taoma, I got her picture from her facebook page https://m.facebook.com/Taaoomacomedy.
Many thanks to Hive account@marvel1206, I love his spirit, I learnt this from him after so much pestering. Smudge art has really triggered my interest and I feel I could make better artworks.
Smudge art has so many challenges of course especially as a starter and I know I still have a lot to do but, the journey of a thousand miles starts with a step.
You start with sharpening the image to get the details of the picture by using the app called Snapseed or any good photo editor.
Then we smoothen the details out and add colour to it. For a successful smudge art, you need indepth knowledge of layer manipulations..
So far so good, I learnt that smudging requires a lot of time and dedication.
