Tell someone who cares what you are going through, before it is too late. Some prefer to be silent to speaking out in the name of they don't want people to get to know what they are going through. It is better that they know and help you. Remember that a problem shared is half solve.
I'm welcoming all my friends in the hive community. It has not been an easy journey in hive here for me, because I have been busy lately with school lectures, assignments, group presentations and what have you.
Today in world, life has a way of creating worries for man. It might be waiting for the result of exam, rumours of layoff at work, or if your pay check did not get to you through the month, it might even be that you don't have any food at home and children are waiting for you to bring something home for them to eat, and you got nothing to offer, may be you are even homeless, No then the question is what do you do?
Can I give you my solution? Talk, speak out, voice out your problems before it will take you to the grave untimely.
So, you see that one has so many reasons to worry. But that itself is a very big problem for us. If excessive worrying and high anxiety go untreated, they can lead to depression, and even suicidal thoughts.
THESE ARE SOME OF THE BAD EFFECT OF WORRYING.
disrupted sleep
Headache
Difficulty in concentrating
Nausea
Muscle tension
Exhaustion
Irritability
Elevated levels of the stress hormone
And lots more.
Looking at the side effects, it is advisable to avoid worrying as much as we can. If it means asking for help, please do. Keeping quiet may not help, but may increase your worries. It is said that an idle mind is the devil's workshop.
