This week we coninue our travels on Badger the Narrowboat through Warwickshire and encounter a great many locks, typically english weather and an unexpected aqueduct. Not only was the aqueduct unexpected it was very long and a little higher than I would have liked. I have no problem in aircraft but tall ladders, balconies and treetop heights i don't like as I can visualise myself falling. So it was a littly hairy for me to say the least. The countryside continues to amaze us and life on board a narrowboat on the canals continues to offer up a great way of life.

I sat down several nights ago to think and write to bring you the result, I was inspired by the experiences that sometimes we have had in love, it is not my personal experience at the moment but at some point we have gone through it. It seemed to me that Amanda Miguel's song is the right one to accompany me on this occasion as it goes hand in hand with the theme chosen for this monologue.

I created this video to give you a little update about what is happening here. My apology, the the language of the video is once again Filipino and a little English. This is the current state of our garden. We have herbs like basil, parsley, chives and mint. I've used these to some of the food we ate. In my previous post, I mentioned about me planting mustard. In this video, The mustard have grown and I have transplanted it to pots (used cans). Eventually we had our first harvest of the mustard yesterday.

Video of my most recent training of Vinyasa Yoga. I split the final video into 2 parts so that it would not be too long. I'll upload the second half soon. I follow yoga teacher Xuan Lan as my guide. I recently purchased a new iMac. This has made me super excited to start creating more videos. I will always love writing and will continue to do it regurarly. I do however really want to incorporate more videos into my creation process, now seems like a great time to do it. I am not pushing myself to do daily videos, they will come when they come. I will continue with some type of daily post of course. I don't see how I could go without doing that honestly, I enjoy it too much. You better get used to seeing this face here on 3Speak.

Our beloved city, Da Nang, has had no new cases after many days since the Covid pandemic hit for the 4th time last month. People have started to return to their daily routine. I also went back to my morning routine of waking up and doing exercises. In the video is a peaceful morning of our beautiful city at this time. At this time every year, the number of domestic as well as international tourists to Da Nang is very large. Almost all types of services are very busy and tourism is the main source of our city's income. However, due to the impact of the Covid pandemic, the city government has temporarily closed tourism. This is the first time in 13 years that I have lived in this city, I find the city so empty and peaceful. What about your city? Hope the epidemic will end soon and all good things will return.

I couldn't feel happier today to bring you some amazing news that has made me happy for the rest of the week! So I decided to share it with you here on my blog. I've been accepted into a very important competition for me right now! It's known as the Saca El Pecho challenge from the Venezuelan Rum company known as Santa Teresa. In this video I want to show you how I did my participation; it is an important video for me because I talked a little about my history in the world of music.
