MY LIFE

Hmmmmm, growing up is quite hard for people like me as my parent will have to work hard so we could put food on the table.

Where I grew up is called a hood, as if you can survive there then you can survive anywhere. One thing about my hood is that we don't give up easily not until we achieve our aim.

I was nurtured in AGEGE, located in Lagos State, Nigeria in West Africa. Lagos State is in South West in Nigeria and it is known as a centre of struggle and excellence because you will have to struggle to make ends meet.

That is how I grow up and that is what we are taught from childhood.

In my next blog, I will be discussing how what I went through living in a hood.

MY MUSIC

Discovering my music is quite easy and at the same time, it is quite hard.

I attend a Church we have the children department, my teacher was the first to discover my music because he is fond of putting me in the choir department which turns up the spirit in me.

I had to sacrifice a lot to learn my first instrument which is the start of my music career.

I find myself in another realm when I'm playing my music as it intoxicate me when I am immensely in the playing

I find it quite easy for me to teach other the little I know which triggers me to go deeper into music and that was how I fell in love with music choosing saxophone as my major instrument.
