Firstly, I am very delighted to be opportune to be part of this great platform(HIVE) and I will never take it for granted.
****THE PROPER INTRODUCTION****
My name is Oyinloye Akinloye Julius. i am married and blessed with two kids. I am 42years old at tye time of putting up this post.
I am from the western part of Nigeria( Ekiti state to be precise). I am a graduate of Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta(FUNAAB) where I studied Forestry and Wildlife Management.
Since there is no opportunity to serve in my area of specialization, I decided to ply a trade in the real estate realm in which I have been dealing with and making sales for over four years.
****MY JOURNEY AS A REALTOR****
I joined the real estate firm in the year 2020 as a sales associate but through dedication and hardwork, I was promoted to an operation manager in which I need to strategize the operations of the subsidiary with MD.
In the year 2023, I decided to be a boss of my own with experience I gathered in the real estate realm. Currently I'm running the business on my own( proccesing my CAC registration).
****MY PASSION****
Apart from beign a realtor, playing musical instruments is my hobby. Playing the piano is what gives me an utmost Joy
 another thing I does during my leisure time is playing chess thougj I have not played in any notable competition but I do challenge my neighbors in my community.
I want to use this oppottunity to appreciate

Fully knowing that this platform impact lives positively, I will not hesitate to raise awareness about HIVE communities to peole around me and also work with others in my network and learn a lot through the HIVE platform.
