Yesterday, I received a case update from my lawyer for a lawsuit against 3M.

I wanted to share this on HIVE as there is little information online and no recent news updates pertaining to this case available until now.
In short, it says they will be finishing up pre-trail by end of April and the first individual cases will see trial beginning of 2021.
My case has not been chosen by a judge yet, but I am sure they are looking at the most severe cases first.

If your a US combat veteran from post 9-11 and suffer hearing loss, I strongly suggest you file a lawsuit. In is not a mass tort case, meaning each claim must be held individually so if you win your compensation will be much higher.
This lawsuit is due to the negligence of 3M and the company covered it up and continued to sell these ear plugs to the army. The average payout in automobile accident for hearing loss is 55k so I hope this will be higher.
