I started this journey on the 17th of December, 2017 and I've never looked back since. Through the good and bad times, I've been steadfast in this community; posting, engaging and growing my stake, as well as my audience in the best way I can.
I'm unemployed and live off my earnings from my post and while I must appreciate everyone who has supported my content through the years, it hasn't always been easy and this led me to power down some of my stake in the past. This has nothing to do with my commitment to this community and if you check my twitter and [Facebook profile]((https://web.facebook.com/belemo), you'll see that I do the utmost in terms of promotion and marketing.
The fork gave me a new lease on life and presented an opportunity for me to grow my stock in this community that I consider more "steem" than actual Steem because we're a community-driven, collective and organized charge towards a brighter future. With that fork, I found myself having double portion and decided to power down my Steem stake to reinvest into Hive Stake.
I'm not looking back and while this platform will still provide funds for me to survive in the future, I feel like these early stages are the best time to invest more into the platform and grow the value by staking as much as possible.
So yeah, I powered up 1,000 Hive and this is my biggest yet but with over 1400 Steem yet to power down, some earnings for participating in OGN campaigns and my stake in Vite earning me daily dividend, there's going to be a lot more to come.

Two milestones I really wanted to achieve in my Hive journey was to get to 70 rep, which I've already achieved and the other is to become a Dolphin and judging by this conversation on Twitter, I'll need somewhere around 5k Hive powered up to reach my goal, so that's like 1800 Hive to go.
And yes I know it is just a tag that doesn't mean anything in the general scheme of things, however, I like the feeling and I'm very excited about achieving it in the coming weeks.
