Hello beautiful hive bloggers and readers, I'm here again with another cool gist and I hope you vibe with me here? yea let's do it!!!
It is of no doubt that things are getting very expensive everyday, when you hear about Abuja all you can think of is how expensive everything is, things are very expensive here in Abuja to the extent that we no longer complain, we just vibe to it because there is literally nothing we can do about the situation on ground.
like my other posts lately, I have been talking about my experiences here in Abuja, and while waiting for my PPA, I decided to go look for a one bedroom flat to rent, it is of no doubt that I didn't see what I went out for but at the same time it was still a good one.
I called this agent and he was supposed to take me to where I promised there is a one bedroom flat, on getting to the location he changed his mouth, he told me there was only two bedroom, I didn't want to get upset and so I decided to follow him to go look at the two bedroom flat, the first we went towards a story building in the house was not a virgin house in the parlor was being enough the master bedroom was perfect and the wardrobe there was a killer vibe, and now the spare room was also a good one and another good thing I like about the house was that the kitchen was big enough and there was an extra room inside the kitchen for storage, how awesome?
The first one was 890k naira (about $2001), and the second one was 900k naira (about $2022.7), So the difference was just 10k naira (about $22.5)
Well, the price was not fair at all so we had to move to the next option, on getting to the second one, i find out it was actually a vergin house, and they were still working on it, and promised everything was going to be done in a week time, though people have already started paying for some of the apartments, and then I decided to go inside to take a look, this one was not bad, the parlor was quite okay, the master bedroom was a little bit small but it was okay, the visitors room was okay as well, and the kitchen was very small, literally no extra space.
After thinking of which one to go for, because the price range was almost the same just 10,000 naira (about $22.5) difference, it was when we were already coming out, and it occurred to me I was meant to take pictures to write about "my looking for apartment experience" , well I struggled to take some few pictures from outside, and as you can see everything looks very new here, because they are still working on the house.
I know they promised they will be done in a week time but I'm very sure they will be done in two weeks time because in Nigeria when someone say a week you give them an extra week just so you don't get disappointed, because even as giving them an extra week, don't be surprised they might still disappoint you.
Well the rest is not going to be put in here because that story is going to be massive cuz I'm going to take a picture of every angle of the house I'm going for, and I'm going to get back to you guys here for the full gist.
