How do you feel when your colleagues pure you water in the name of celebrating with you?
Well, this can be kind of wired to some people but for people in Nigeria, shouldn't feel wired because it's our thing in a normal teams. In my last post I talked about My Experience After Graduation where I talked about how I celebrated my graduation, but then I didn't explain how the beach palava (local language) went, and so I am here to complete the unfinished story.
How It Started:
After my last paper in school, I was so happy the exam went well has planned, and was so excited, but then I was kind of having a slight headache and so I dicided to take a rest by lying down on my bed trying to sleep but couldn't sleep, and so I dicided to go out and get myself some medications so I can sleep well and that was the biggest mistakes and fun ever haha. Now let me explain to you, as I step out of the hostel, I saw my colleagues lined up waiting for me and my paddy (best girl). To my greatest surprise one of my lectures was among hehehe. I didn't know they had plans to bath us close to our death. when I saw them I was worried if something happened, because I haven't seen them in such manner, all dressed up with beach clothes and the rest. The first thing they say to me has I asked them if everything was ok was "where is Princess (my best girl) I told them she was inside and my lecture asked me to go call her and come with her, and so I went back straight to the hostel to fetch her for him not knowing they had plans to bath us like crazy.
Not knowing what will happen:
I called her and she was asking if everything was ok I said yes, and she asked where I was going to, so I told her I was feeling kind of sick, and she was shouting at me why I didn't tell her to help me get the drugs, I told her I didn't want to stress her has she is always helping me alot. Immediately we step out from the gate, they all rush us to carry us like what the hell is going on here?
I was so confused and I was trying to shout at them but men!!! these people were so crazy has hell. first, they said congratulations on your final exams and now you guys are graduates. I was feeling ok after hearing that, but the part of want to pure us water when I wasn't that strong was the part I bluntly refused to understand. They said we are taking you guys to the beach, and I was like ok let me go and change my clothes so I can run away, but they where so smart to not believe me has they all knew I was going to escape lol. indeed I was definitely going to escape my goodness. Before we could finish deciding if I should go change or not, they have already started pouring us water from outside the gate and was trying to lift us like take us to the beach for another round crazy.
Water and sand Expirence:
When we got to the beach I received hell on Earth. that day is a day never to be forgotten, but they allow me to change my shirt but before I could change my pants (trouser) it was already late lol. If you look at the pictures, you will understand what I'm talking about. I almost drawn to death. I was not happy with them but to my greatest surprise, they had gifts for us wow. I was happy at the end. it was fun through out though not knowing what will happen and then boom, it happens. I didn't even remember I was feeling down because I was so strong and bright. it was that same week I experienced the one I talked about on my last post before this one.
