Una semana nueva que comienza, y en la que pensé que estaría mejor, aún tengo un poco de dolor ya que el fin de semana recaí un poco, con dolor solo del lado izquierdo.

No sé si esto tal vez sea un virus, sé que suena loco porque una lumbalgia jamás sería un virus, pero la última semana de diciembre, mi vecina estuvo de reposo por lumbalgia, ella me contó que no podía casi caminar del dolor, luego la primera semana de enero me empezó a mi esta lumbalgia extraña, yo estuve esos días que casi no podía caminar en casa de mis padres, y la semana pasada mi mamá me dijo que la vecina de ella tenía lumbalgia, ella me visitó 2 días cuando estuve allá.

Yesterday we went to Farmatodo and bought some pain creams to see if it helps along with the analgesics The left is minty and the right is arnica. I like the menthol better. I feel better but my husband is in acute pain.

Ayer fuimos a farmatodo y compramos unas cremas para el dolor para ver si ayuda junto a los analgésicos, la izquierda es mentolada y la derecha es de árnica. Me gusta más la mentolada. yo me siento mejor pero mi esposo está con el dolor agudo.
