This is my entry for the 's Wednesday walk challenge.
Today I continue my photo walks in St. Petersburg.
But this time it will be photos not from one walk, but a series of photos from different walks in different parts of the city. I decided to combine them into one post to make it more diverse.
On the first day after arriving in the city, we visited one modern residential complex, where in the middle of the courtyard there is a real pond.
And this pond is really real, not only because ducks and fish swim here. The thing is. that even before the construction of the pond complex there was a decade. And during the construction it was only ennobled.
When we were visiting our friends on the outskirts of the city, we went out for an evening walk. Here St. Petersburg met us with a monotonous multi-story building.
But I decided to look for something more artistic in this environment than just multi-colored paints on high-rise buildings. For starters, I used a puddle on the sidewalk for this.
Going into the open space, I decided to capture the city sunset, which by the way turned out to be quite colorful.
On another day, during our walk over the city, many military aircraft flew over. They were preparing for a military parade.
Once we just stood in the shade and waited for a taxi. I decided here to find something worthy of photography.
For some time we lived in an ordinary high-rise building, but I decided to see something unusual and artistic in it. For starters, I just raised my head up.
Another time, I just found an interesting reflection of the sunset on the roof of a car standing between two tall houses.
Also, we once walked in the city center, where I took these pictures. One of them is on the alley leading to the embankment of the Neva River.
And this is a granite parapet on the Neva embankment.
There was also a small river pier for pleasure boats.
And so the embankment itself looked.
The city can be so different, especially if you look at it through the viewfinder of your camera. You just have to try to see the beauty in it.
Hope you enjoyed it. See you next Wednesday!

I strongly recommend to open the photo in a separate tab to appreciate it.
