First of all, I had a big mouth and asked some of the designers here I came across on Hive, to enter this contest. I love great creativity, but when they said “ I will enter and I will be waiting for yours aswell !” I shit my pants. I am not a grafic producer and I am no way creative logo designer. Clothing no problem but this was hard. So with as many sources and links I will show you what I think will be a strong design for the new OCD and/or POSH design.
I used the graphic world map, used by many interior stores as a house accessory.

POSH on the other hand doesn't have a single logo or idea as of yet so that one will get a lot more freedom to be creative.
You should know though that POSH is about "proof of sharing" that we started a long time ago, it'll also have its own token eventually so the logo would be nice to also be usable as a circle and it would be nice if it fits to what it represents somewhat.
In regards to not wasting a lot of people's time, we'd love to "reserve" you the right to create the logo if you comment with your interest and show us some examples of your past creations. This'll remove the need to have tens of people create logo's and make it a high chance that you may have wasted your time.
If you disregard the above and still want to go ahead and give it a shot, there is a chance we may choose yours over the final draft of the "reserved" one. This is something the reserved logo creator needs to understand as well. Either way, as a thank you we'll be voting up good entries depending on the efforts we think went into it and depending on our liking of your work.

In the Netherlands you can buy the word map in a graphic manner. At the Action store in wood ( multiplex ) and at the Woonmall Woonstore in alunimium or black matches, there are many ideas on Instagram an on Pinterest. They are also in new home covid offices and in many living rooms in households all over the world.
The price is between 17,00 euro and 98,00 euro I saw. And till 2 meter wide.
Same as with the animals in the same grafic way. Like the whale and orca but also the dolphin.
For me Hive is mondial life, and sea mamals go over the world seas so I wanted to combine them. I added the triangle For forward and future, but always the back to never forget where you came from.
So i put them left and right. It can’t also be the route sign.
Last I put the anagram in it in bold black, maybe I should have used Hive red, but again I am not using any programs just my iPad Pro and apple pen. So again this is the end result manufactured from excisting images and links are provided. And a hiver who liked to just try new things out. By no means am I pretending to be a designer.

Again there are so many shops that make and or use the world and this shape and there are even stock images available to use. I do Ofcourse made also something from scratch and I am not as good as some of the entries I saw already but….. never let that stop you to enter a contest.
My son used water color paint , just a simple set. I helped out ofcourse.
