Today we make shrimp Fried noodles, fresh from the shrimp farm we buy. So this afternoon we stumbled across one of the prawn farms and we saw a lot of people gathered and then we went over and saw that they were having a shrimp harvest,
so we bought a little because we were sure the fresh ones tasted delicious and sweet when cooked and let alone made into a concoction of noodles like this. Wooww is a wonderful combination of sweet, sour and spicy mixed together.
