Good afternoon everyone,
This is my first post and it will work as an introduction for myself. It has actually been a long time since I made a post to introduce myself (ah, the golden age of forum free, such a weird and lovely time).
First of all, about myself, I am 24 years old and I live in Italy, most specifically in Sardegna, on of the two biggest Mediterranean Sea. I work, or I should say I used to work since I have been put on a hold due to the pandemic, as a Nursery teacher, at this time probably the only male one in my town. It's a lovely job that gives you lots, and I can certainly say that I miss working lately. I am also still a student, I will hopefully finish my undergraduate this year and star advanced studied in Pedagogy next year, and who knows where that might lead me in the future.
As for hobby and interests, I like video games, I played FPS like every teenage boy in the previous years, but also loved Final Fantasy (especially IX and XIII, yeah I know, I am a monster) and lots of adventure games (I still remember the fond times with Diablo II as a little boy too lol) . Right now I am quite fond with Animal Crossing for 3ds and StrarDew Valley on my switch ( I am planning to get New Horizon Shortly, maybe even today if I finally decide between physical copy and digital download lol).
Lately I have started to get interested in hackintoshing (basically build a PC and install MacOS and hope that it will not blow on your face), and that might not help my back account lol.
I also enjoy reading, from classic fantasy to philosophical books, like Guther Anders tomes on the danger of technology, which are turning me into a nihilistic being (that might cover some of my future posts I guess), which is quite funny because I work with babies and toddlers that might be the exact opposite lol.
I love cats and reptile, flowers and long walks in the rain, running and staring at the sea. I like to lay down and stare at the ceiling of my room thinking about how little and sad we are. I like drinking and singing. I love being extremely silly and extremely serious. I love being alive yet quite often I despite it.
I am weird. I am quirky and I am unique, as every single being here and around us his.
I am thankful for being able to join a community that will provide new and points of view or that might reinforce old one, among people that show and release their minds and personality.
