What's the point?
Well, what's really the point of any tradition... To create a bond between community members by giving them a common goal, and I also heard you could win some cool prizes like the Hive Buzz badges (I still don't know what it really means😏), Hive, HP, and even HP delegations 😃 what's not to like about it!
Here I come
So here's me participating in this age old tradition for the first time (I hope I meet the requirements though).
I don't have that much Hive from posts and curation rewards, so I decided to buy some hive on binance, that was a few days back,
then I transferred to my hive wallet using my username (how cool is that😉),
now I wait for the countdown timer on Hive Buzz official website to declare #HivePUD a go!
It's a go!
I spent a wee little bit from my hive, so my hive balance is about 1 hive less than what I transferred from binance. On with it; engines cranked and fired up, thrusters engaged,
and PowerUp initiated!
Power Up Achieved! 😃
Hopefully now I can upvote my favorite contents with a reasonable amount of hive to support their works.
In the end, the reason we all do this is not just for the fun, or the higher HP, or better rewards, but simply because we all believe in Hive, and are willing to risk a lot on that belief.
