Hace unos días inicié una formación con unas chicas adolescentes, las edades oscilan entre 11 y 13 años. La formación es en Oratoria, un área donde me desenvuelvo a nivel profesional desde hace 10 años aproximadamente.

Los chicos tienen mucho para dar y como padres, tios, hermanos, abuelos, tenemos la responsabilidad de acompañarlos en el proceso, brindarles espacios para que eviten exploten su potencial, que puedan leer, inventar, compartir con otros, hacer cosas diferentes y que les ayuden en su desarrollo de personalidad.
Los chicos tienen mucho para dar y como padres, tios, hermanos, abuelos, tenemos la responsabilidad de acompañarlos en el proceso, brindarles espacios para que eviten exploten su potencial, que puedan leer, inventar, compartir con otros, hacer cosas diferentes y que les ayuden en su desarrollo de personalidad.
Es importante, que como adultos, podamos promover el ingenio de los chicos, estimular su creatividad con actividades que llamen su atención y curiosidad, incluso que sean desafiantes y allí se darán cuenta el gran potencial que tienen.

Promover el hábito de lectura, crear hábitos que le ayuden a tener conciencia en sus responsabilidades, acorde a su edad.
Esta generación es una generación para pensar, pero nos toca accionar para ayudarlos en su proceso de desarrollo cognitivo, educativo, emocional. Nuestra responsabilidad es ser coherentes e incentivarlos a pensar.
