El Hive power (HP) // The Hive power (HP)
El Hive power, llamado comúnmente HP, es la cantidad de HIVE que decide usted invertir en un modo parecido al congelamiento, en el mundo crypto esto es conocido como hacer stake y es la cantidad de crypto que usted no moverá y que funcionará a modo de inversión. Sería el equivalente a tener acciones en una compañía tal como las conocemos tradicionalmente, usted no se la pasa moviendo esas acciones a menos que piense en vender. Es igual en HIVE.
Hive power, commonly called HP, is the amount of HIVE that you invest in a mode similar to freezing, in the crypto world this is known as make stake and is the amount of crypto that you will not move and that will work as an investment. It would be the equivalent of having shares in a company as we traditionally know them, you don't keep moving those shares unless you are thinking of selling. It's the same in HIVE.

Now, that investment gives a value to the vote that you can give to other content that you like -even your own, even if this is not a well regarded practice- and the monetary value of that vote is expressed in $ HTU. Of course, there are thousands of users with different voting power and each one checks the contents of the feed to vote according to how they like it.

#HIVE have a previously agreed upon inflation that varies in percentage. A portion of that inflation goes into a reward pool. By voting on publications, a portion of the inflation is distributed to other users. Witnesses also receive a portion of that inflation every day, to keep the blockchain nodes running. In other blockchains like BTC or ETH it is the miners who receive the BTC or ETH every day as part of the payment to keep the nodes running.
