Introductory post; I'm Febau, my art proves the pen is mightier than the sword.

Do you believe the pen is mightier than sword? I didn't believe too until I picked up pencils and scribbled art on a white board.

Hi, I'm Favour Febau. I apologize for coming off with a strong first paragraph as my opening speech. I read somewhere that starting a post with a Hi was somewhat "not cool", so I had to find a way to make an entrance.

Hi I'm Favour Febau(I'm repeating, I know), but while I was in high school, which was an all boys school, I was mostly called by my surname; Febau. According to them, Favour was a girls name. Since then, I've been addressed as Febau.

I'm originally from Nigeria, born into a family of 4. I've got two amazing sisters, and two amazing brothers. And we've got a beautiful family.

Did I say I'm originally from Nigeria? Ooops! Yea, I'm Nigerian. But I made that statement because I no longer live in Nigeria. However, I've lived most of my life in Nigeria. I currently live in the UK, and I'm here for education. I had already bagged my first degree, but then opted for my masters degree.

Aside from being a Marine Engineer, I'm also an artist. Being an engineer didn't kill the passion to create amazing piece of art with a pencil and a paper/board. It's a passion I've carried on for several years, and a degree can't change that. It is easily my favourite hobby.

Aside from doing it[drawing] as a hobby, it is also a means of earning passive income.

I've drawn a lot of pictures, so many that I can't exactly count. Some of them are commissioned jobs, some I do just for fun. Here are some of them;

There are loads of exciting works I can show you, and I'll as I progress here on the Hive.

The next hobby on my list is singing. I think singing is more than a hobby to me. Being a song minister in church makes it mean more to me.

I found out about the Hive platform from my friend and ex-classmate in high school Hive account@kodeblaccc. He literally dragged me to join the Hive and he said the art that I create would mean so much here. After much persuasion, I decided to try. I hope he was right? I pray that he is.

My activities on the Hive would be me basically sharing the art that I create, and I hope you like them.
