It's been 3 days since I introduced myself on this platform. Honestly, I thought I'll be able to keep up with posting things here, but I've been short for words. I'm literate but making a post seems so difficult. I wonder how I was able to write an introduction. I had help though.
I hope y'all pardon me if you don't find my writing satisfactory, however, I hope the art I share wows you, and do the talking for me.
Today, I'll be sharing a piece called Simba.
For kids born in the 90s, The Lion King would definitely be in our history stories, when movies are discussed. I can vividly remember how we would talk about the movie in school.
The new version that was released sparked old flames and for me, it stirred the desire to make a drawing of the lead character; Simba.
After seeing the movie, I put pencils to paper, and here's a step-by-step process of what I created.
For this art, I used basic pencils and colored once too.
What do you think? I'm open to cc, so if there are ways you feel I could have done better, please free feel to share. But if you like what you see, you can leave a cheering comment
