"CRYPTO-BLOGGING ..."
"... this is what I have resorted to do when I and our family was into a deep financial crisis, years ago. Been doing this kind of side hustle since January 2021 by which it positively contributed a lot, both in financial and mental-emotional aspects of my individual life."
At first, I do not imagined myself writing an article in an online platform. Why? I mostly preferred to join an organization related to journalism which I unlocked during my first year in college. Apparently, I quit in the middle of the global pandemic.
Since the passion to write seems to overflow within my system, I immediately grabbed the chance to write online when an opportunity knocks. Upon attaining a progress, that is when I had finally decided to call myself a "content creator or a blogger."
In total, I had signed up in four different blogging platforms. The main goals? Primarily, it is "to earn". More so, to improve my writing and communication skills along with building a name & camaraderie.
After more than a year of writing a hundreds of articles for a single platform, I finally found the courage to give myself a chance to enter another platform. ♡
I, Futureagrcltrst (most known as 'imanagrcltrst') joined Hive Blockchain way back in July 24, 2022.
Joining multiple blogging platforms means "additional responsibilities." Being a content creator isn't all about creating an account, it is also about "what can we do for this title & how long are we willing to push through."
As a Hive blogger, I do really aim to stay active and be consistent (both in content creating and interacting). Sadly, I can't maintain the progress. For instance, I will publish a blog today. But, tomorrow and on the next days? I can't! That's why over 5-months, I am only able to publish less than 20 blogs.
The main reason? Academics. As face-to-face modality resumes, everything became more complicated to handle including juggling studies over side hustles. Yes, I can do multitasking and be even more flexible. However, face-to-face classes are undeniably exhausting, physically and mentally which usually led me to have no remaining energy to be use in blogging.
From publishing numbers of blogs here in PeakD, here's where it led me to:
At this point, I still have pending rewards from three (3) published blogs. And before 2022 ends, I am targeting to close it to $50. Ain't sure if I could achieve it, but maybe if I would publish for the next 4-days, it will be possible.
Aside from applying and to be hired on a regular job, I also have numerous goals concerning my blogging hustles. Specifically, in Hive.
- Publish 20 blogs in PeakD. The scope of blogs to be published will be based on my forte such as finances, goals, achievements, foodies.
- Be more interactive. It includes reblogging, commenting to other author's blogs, and voting.
- And of course, "to earn more while improving my own skills!"
CLOSING THOUGHTS
Obstacles are already on the expectations.
Juggling thesis, or studies as general, with my new job and household responsibilities to blogging isn't a joke. Thus, I am so willing to conquer it all to attain enormous progress. Opportunities shouldn't be missed especially if we could possibly grab it all. 🤎
