Step01:

The first thing I did was to separate the divisions of the turtle in circles to center the work.

Paso 01:
Lo primero que hice fue separar en círculos las divisiones de la tortuga para centrar el trabajo.

Step 02:

Then I colored the background blue and see water to later apply sky blue and dark blue with a layer of cold blue paint with white lights as a reflection.

Luego fui coloreando el fondo de azul y ver agua para posteriormente aplicar azul cielo y azul oscuro con una capa de pintura al frío azul con luces blancas como reflejo.

Step 03:

In general, I always apply light colors and lastly I apply dark colors, in this case I started with yellow for the shell and a little Purple and brown for when I apply the blue it will turn a little green.

Por lo general siempre aplico los colores claros y de último voy aplicando colores oscuros, en este caso comencé son amarillo para el caparazón y un poco de Morado y marrón para cuando aplicará el azul se tornará un poco verde.

Step 04:

Color the eyes and the skin in addition to giving touches of white for the roughness of the neck.

Step 05:

Then I chose colors for the bottom of the sea and intensify the colors of the turtle.
