Swimming freestyle is one of the best feeling as far as sports 🥎 is concerned.
When you feel stressed, and you need to cool off, do the freestyle.
When you feel heavy, overweight or you need to burn some fats, do the freestyle.
When you feel depressed, discouraged or unhappy, the freestyle helps you to forget your sorrows just like it helps me too.
The freestyle swim is one of the easiest and requires less effort when compared to other swim styles and some people believe it is the easiest to learn , so why are you not swimming yet?
Sometimes when I need to reason about things that borders through life and all, I swim the freestyle just to help me stay focused.
This is one major thing that keeps me motivated through all odds.
