We dumped a heap of tiny crickets into the gecko enclosure.
It seemed like a good idea at the time.
However, crickets don't respect privacy. The geckos love theirs.
So, a cricket will follow the geckos around. They sit upon them, crawl over them and make a nuisance of themselves.
The geckos ended up glass surfing for less annoyance.
As a temporary fix I used a magnetic tank cleaner to stick a small fold of cardboard to give the geckos reprieve.
It is up high enough where the prey cannot annoy them.
They can sit in the dark cardboard cave, or loiter on top, free from the reach of the crickets.
