Have you ever thought that little things in life make big changes. Have you ever noticed that one small good or bad habit construct or destruct your future. If you have to predict the future of any person, look at his habits of daily life. If his habits are good then he will progress in future. But if his habits are bad, he will suffer in future.
I still remember when I was in 9th class, I studied a poem called "Little Things". At that time I never knew the importance of little things in life. But the words of that particular poem still echoes in my mind. The summary of this poem was:
Often little things in life make big changes
Little grains of sand make beautiful land
Short moments of time make ages
Little errors become big sins
Sins take us away from right path
Little deeds of kindness
Can make our enemies our friends
Thus we can make this world a happy place.

How A Good Habit Changed My Life
I used to consume a lot of sugar in my diet. I was fond of tea and coffee, and I used to drink four to five cups of coffee daily, always adding sugar to them. My weight was increasing but I still I didn't leaving sugar. I still remember my weight increased from 71 to 77 kg. I was worried about my over weight body. Then I started to adopt a little habit of not taking tea in my breakfast. First I started not to consume sugar in my breakfast. I left taking tea in my breakfast. In the lunch and dinner I was still adding sugar while taking tea. Then after a month I skipped my tea in my lunch. Believe me I was feeling very energetic and the fat was started to remove. I was adopting positive changes in my body. At last I left taking tea in my dinner. The results astonished me.
How A Bad Habit Destroyed My Health
In previous year 2025, I used to smoke one cigarette a day after having my dinner. So slowly slowly I got addicted to smoking. In the meanwhile I started feeling pain in my chest. And I suffered most of the time in coughing. A bad smell started to come from my mouth. My stomach disturbed due to smoking. That one cigarette per day was destroying my health. So now I have quit smoking. That little bad habit was becoming curse for me. In the beginning I didn't realise that one cigarette cannot do anything to health. But later on I felt that one little bad habit can be harmful for you in future.
Final Thoughts
So finally I would say that one good habit, one little good thing in a day can bring a huge positive change in your life. And on the other hand one bad thing, one bad habit can destroy your future, your health and finally your life. So we should not ignore little things and little habits in life because these little things can make or can destroy your life.
