We naturally stay awake during the day and fall asleep at a certain part of the night. A little proper sleep is very beneficial for our health. But if sleep is disturbed on any night, it has that effect on the next day.Sleep is a very important part of human life. If we sleep a little less, our brain will not work as it should. The eyes become red. Dizziness or mood swings.
At present, the use of smartphones across the country has increased the night vigil. We all end the night chatting on Facebook on smartphones or computers. But the light emitted from the screen of smartphones and computers is deadly harmful to our eyes.
But now it has become a fashion for us to stay up late, that is, to go to bed late and to wake up too late. But it is deadly harmful for us. Lately I also go to bed a few days late. As a result, I get headaches or eye irritation during the day. Even sometimes everything seems boring. Sometimes I feel like I have lost my memory.
A few days ago I saw in a newspaper that a person would not die for food if he did not eat for a few days. But if he does not sleep for a few days, he will die. When I do not sleep for a few days, I see black spots under my eyes. Even the condition of the face gets worse. Regular waking up at night can cause premature aging and dry skin.
I also saw in the newspaper that people need 6 to 8 hours of sleep at night, so that the body and mind can be active during the day. Sleep disorders can reduce a person's ability to work. Even less sleep at night increases the chances of people making wrong decisions.
Studies have shown that people who wake up regularly at night are more likely to have heart disease, diabetes, obesity and even stroke. Several scientific studies have shown that the more people stay up at night, the lower their immunity.
Finally, I would like to say, Adequate amount of sleep, food and rest is very important to keep the body well. If sleep is low, it can cause serious damage to the body. From mental depression to anxiety, diabetes, there is a risk of heart disease. We need sleep to stay healthy and normal. According to the doctor's advice, you need at least 7-8 hours of sleep to stay healthy and normal.
Many of us study at night to fulfill our dreams. It is better for us to stay up late at night with a dream and pursuit in front of us. But what if staying awake is our nightmare, or just a time pass? We need to change this ‘bad habit’ of waking up at night to keep our health in order.
