My Introductory post

Hello hivers, my name is @Kemfon, and I am 23 years old. I feel privileged to be a part of a forum like this, where common aims, ideas, and opportunities to learn from like and unlike minds are shared.

I am a Nigerian who lives in the tropical section of the country (southern region). The state of Akwa Ibom, in particular, is affectionately referred to as "the land of promise" by her slogan. I am the second child in a family of four. I finished my final exams for a B.Sc degree program in chemistry at the University of Uyo in Akwa Ibom State a few months ago. One of my favorite longing memories occurred during my research. I worked on the seed of a plant called Solanum nigrum that has roughly 1500 species.

The fruit differs depending on the environment in which it is cultivated. Night berry is a common name for this berry. It's mostly made up of health-promoting ingredients.
I'm a person who lives outside the intellectual bubble of academia, I work as a fashion designer.

By cutting materials into fitable shapes, I like bringing imaginative concepts to life.

So I practice my sewing acrobatics in my leisure time. By providing material on the hive community, I intend to invest, share innovative thoughts on our native apparel and wears, as well as my experiences during lab work. I enjoy it here since I intend to stay on this platform for a long term.

My hobbies

My interests include a lot of listening to music (inspiring and motivational songs), not that I can sing, but I do have a voice, and bringing out those waves from my chord is one of my favorite things to do. Crafting, football (more for watching than playing), bodily fitness, watching TV series, and keeping up with current events are some of my favorite pastimes. Above all, I adore children.

Yes, I am aware that it is a digital asset that is traded on an immutable ledger. Bought while it was cheap and sold when it became more valuable. As I progress through hive and communicate with community members, I expect to develop a better understanding of blockchain.

How I got to know about hive

Actually, a high school friend of mine, Hive account@dave-estates, who I see painting and generating content every time I get to see him in his residence, informed me about hive in my thoughts and how the word "hive" sounded??? Could he be referring to "Bees"? He chuckled at me and then explained that it's a community-based platform where people can share original material, invest, learn, and network with like-minded people. That piqued my interest due to the rapidity with which technology is having a good impact on different aspects of life, and I decided to go through the process of creating an account and becoming a user. I am grateful to the OCD community for providing recommendations that have aided me in writing my initial post and also endeavor to stick to rules of the hive community.
