First of all, hi everybody! I'm Leann from the Philippines. I never imagined that I would be posting a blog for real here on Hive. This is a big deal for me. First impressions are important, but is being real is the best? Right? This is still new to me, and I'm still learning. That's what a newbie like me always says. But day by day, we learn something new and enjoy every single moment of it and we are adapting to it. The best thing about Hive is that you share the things you love to do and earn. I'm grateful to Ate for introducing me to the Hive and patiently teaching me how to use it. I can't wait to meet other people and make new friends.
(Here are other facts about me)
Fun fact about my Hive name
It was supposed to be "Leannnwithdoublen" but there is a limit of letters on the hive account name so I remove the extra n so the story behind it is when I was on my Internship you are required to have your "name tag" and they printed our names and let us see if there is any correction about our names but me being nervous I didn't saw the extra n from my name and a month before my Internship finish one of my friends saw it and told me about (never notice it once, for real) we all laugh about even the employees tease me about it. After that incident, every time they call me, they add another n to my name like "Leannnn~" that's the story behind my user name.
Here's the proof
(the fact that the letters are so huge I never notice it once LOL)
What I love to do
I'm a self-proclaimed artist? hihi. I do mainly Watercolor Art specifically portraits. I'm more into human faces. I started my art journey in 2014 not serious about it, (graphite art days) I hope I was. Until one of my two friends (boyfriend and girlfriend, me third wheel to the max) drew a portrait of me, which made me realize that I knew a little how to draw, got serious about practicing watercolor art last 2019. Over time, I realized that adding color to your art makes it more lively and feels real. After that, I started trying another medium. My curiosity is on another level. The reason why I wanted to learn how to draw is that this person I wanted to draw badly, so I practiced, practiced, and practiced. Please look forward to seeing what I draw in the future. Last year, I started learning digital art for the first time and I'm getting used to it.
