Hive account@mhissfhey again here! Am back! It’s been 2 months since I was making my account here in hive. Due to work demand, I haven’t spend my time here. In that said months my schedule was very hectic, I failed to update my account. As of the moment, since the school year has been ended and I am done with the forms(credentials of my students) that needed to comply, I am so glad I finally got back to write and update my intro to hive community.

I was born in 5 june 1990 from happy family, currently i have a job and i work on citibank indonesia as call center,at my job is really hard because every day i must handdle complain from customer with anything problem about company product.and i'm required to be more advanced and creative so that customers can understand what they are complaining about by using the principle of approach and not harming both parties.coupled with competition between other employees which requires me to be more active and provide good service, especially in handling complaints. i will tell about my job one day.
