Looks truly delicious. Indian food is among my favorite, by far. I lived in India for 4 years, and ate like a king, or a raj.

I'm in Thailand now, and the food is great here too. But I recently started a vegetarian regime, and that's not the easiest to maintain here, since the majority of the food is meat-based. Makes me a bit nostalgic for India.
