That year I remember how pimples dealt with me
My face was used for different acne cream experiment, just to get rid of it.
Different recommendation that I got tired off.
They will tell me to use papaya and mamaya facial cleanser, I will run and use
Use pop powder every night before sleeping, I will run and buy.
You have oily skin, stop eating groundnut. This one pain me because I love groundnut, I had to stop it.
But no change at all, infact it worsened up.
They came again and said I should change my soap and cream and I quickly did.
They recommend honey facial scrub, egg yoke and even cucumber
There's nothing I didn't try but this stubborn pimples with black spots kept living rent free on my face.
Their children will get married and start having their own children on my face.
Different sizes settled in.
They built an estate on my both cheeks and continue expanding their territory.
There's one facial cleanser I used, that one almost turned me to snow white.
My face was whitening and the rest of my body remained black.
I was looking like roasted yam.
God forbid bād thing, I wake up one morning I threw all the products into the dustbin.
I was tired and done with all the wahala.
My face have suffered too much in the hand of pimple products
I had to allow my face to breath.
No cream, no chemical of any kind.
After bathing, I won't dry off the water from my face.
I will allow my face to drink small water.
Once the water dry off by itself, I won't apply anything.
In the night, I will use baby wipes to clean my face before sleeping.
Along the line, I noticed the pimples were gradually packing out and not retuning back
Before was if they pack, their distance cousin will take over and when he's leaving his niece and nephew will occupy the plot and even establish a big company with branches.
My face was like their natural habitat.
If I press out anyone, another from nowhere will quickly occupy the space.
It sometimes seems they usually talk to their selves
"Once they remove Dede, I will give the space to my uncle Jo, nobody should drag that space close to her nose side with me o. My uncle use to protect me when I was a baby pimple, if not they would have press me out since That's my way of thanking him.."
I will be bleeding whenever I'm pressing pimples but they won't even care to leave.
None of this stubborn pimples pitied me or even consider the fact that they were spoiling my fine girl package.
This continued until, I was totally done.
After throwing away all this products, my face started breathing fresh air.
I make sure my face drink enough water too.
I also use a simple baby wipes to clean my face after work or when I'm about going to bed.
My battle with pimples was about three years.
From when I was 18,19 years till my early twenties.
They all packed out unexpected and my face was free again.
Well, except those tiny ones that occupies the nose region.
I don't worry about them because they use to respect their tiny selves.
They don't bother me much
Pimples is not a good thing at all, seriously. They will make you look like you're a dirty person that don't like bathing.
They did me dirty but when I stopped feeding them chemical, they started living only on water, you need to see the race they use to run out of my face.
You can also try this method that I used if you're suffering in the hand of stubborn pimples.
Sometimes our hormones can be raging and your face will serve as signboard.
Like some ladies, when they want to see their monthly flow, pimples will come to inform them before hand. And this pimples will disappear after few days of visiting.
If stubborn acnes are dealing mercilessly with your face like they did with mine, please quit the numerous products, try baby wipes and also don't dry off the water from your face immediately after a cold bath.
Avoid too much fry fry, eat more fruits and vegetables.
And drink lots of water, it helps greatly.
Pimples are not something one prays to have.
They can cause lots of discomfort and can be very embarrassing.
Don't forget that they're visitors, no matter how long they stay, one day they will pack and go.
