As in Indonesia, there are many tribes, and one of the tribes like in Aceh, namely the tribe that inhabits the district of Aceh Besar and its surroundings has a cooking tradition and this dish is known as "Kuah Belangong", This is traditional Acehnese cuisine which is cooked during events. big or friendly.
This “Kuah Belangong” is cooked with Aceh's selected guri spices, then blended and then continued by adding meat such as chicken, beef, or goat. But at the gathering that we held earlier, it was chicken meat, because cooking chicken meat is not complicated and saves more time.
Cooking "Kuah Belangong" is an Acehnese tradition that has been passed down for a long time, since long ago, the people of Aceh often cook "Kuah Belangong", it's not even delicious and luxurious events here without "Kuah Belangong".
