Lately I have been craving Avocado and sort of gotten addicted to it,so I thought to write something little about this green buttery fruit.
Avocado,just like every other fruit is very healthy as it contains Vitamin C, E, and B6. It also contains magnesium,potassium etc. It provides omega - 3 fatty acids. Just one of it can make you feel fuller.
Some call this fruit "butter fruit" as it can serve as butter. Smoothie can be made out of it too.
Avocado is low in sugar and it can help ward off cancer,athritis and some other diseases. It helps maintain healthy digestion,blood pressure,vision and even pregnancy.
If you haven't had a taste of Avocado fruit in a while,you really should!
