Hello hiveworld!!! I hope you are all doing well. Welcome to my introductory post which contains a little overview of myself.
My name is Awaah Jessica Nma a girl of 22years of age and I’m from Ghana. I live with my parent in the capital city Accra but because of schooling I am currently in the Northern region of Ghana. I am a high school graduate and currently in the University for Development studies, Tamale reading BSc Midwifery. I was born in Accra so I’ve lived there all my life except going to senior high school which changed my environment for three years. For Tamale, I’ve been here for four years now and it’s been great living here.
I am a friendly, shy, and kind person. I am not very good with words but when it comes to writing I pour out my all. I am not an outing person, and I am not an introvert. I just prefer to stay indoors and either watch movies or write.
I have lots of hobbies. I love to read, write stories and poems. The stories I write mostly are about my life experiences and that of my friends. The poems mostly I write are about hurt, pain and love. I feel in life everyone passes through this one way or the other, but it does not matter what we go through, we must move on.
I also love watching movies. I love all kinds of genres of movies. Be it action, horror, comedy, series, anime, and romance. but I would choose horror movies, anime and Korean series overall. I am not a fun of romance movies tho. I would be glad to join the movie community on hive to share my thoughts on the movies I’ve watched. So please share with me if there is one here. I also love music. And one of my favorite boy bands is BTS from South Korea.
I am soo excited to join this community because I can connect with people all over. One of my aims here is to expand my knowledge by engaging, sharing, and learning from community member.
I heard about hive on campus on various occasion but did not really pay much attention to it till I get the opportunity to attend Hive Empowerment project at our sister campus Nyankpala. There I got the opportunity to know what Hive all is about. After the seminar, I then decided that I would join the community. Here I am today. I hope that to be accepted by the hive community and I gravely hope to be a positive addition to this platform.
