Just like any other day, it all begin slowly with heavy skies. It’s been raining for days so an early rainfall didn't seem like much of a fuzz in the Metropolis, people were hurrying to and fro with their rain coats and umbrellas to start their hustles. But it is not going to end like any other days in the past.
The clouds thickens and day was getting darker at almost 9am in the morning, like Bazookers, the skies begins to shoot forth massive lightening but without rain this time around nor storm. Thunderbolts begin to strike skyscrapers, train stations, Shipyards and Dockyards, literally every where with massive metalworks became a death trap, there was some sort of attractive force driving thunderbolts to them.
The coastguard and the Army Reserve have been deployed early that day when the strange cosmic things started happening, each soldier with that doomsday look on their faces. Nobody knew what is really going on, too much panicking in the Metropolis. People starts scrambling to safety, to their homes and a massive traffic gridlock had blocked every exit out of the city. The city is literally upside down, I’ll panic and you should too!
At noon, a much darker patch of cloud appeared to the east, at first, it seems rain is finally going to fall. But, Hell No!
A much more scarier occurrence, it was a Gateway to another dimension, a strange portal opening into our world, some pathway to another universe no one ever dreamed existed. Two universe seems to have crossed paths, they are now on a collision course, and it seems one would be vanquished by another which seems more bigger and far more intelligent than ours.
Could this be the end of days?
