My name is Luis Alejandro Ríos, I’m 28 years old, and I’m from Arequipa in Peru. I’m happy to be here on Hive, as I’ve had a long journey with cryptocurrency, and I hope it will end well by joining a new platform for Web3 where social media is now built on the blockchain.
I studied accounting and currently work at a small company. Unfortunately, salaries in our country are quite low compared to the rest of the world. However, the internet has given us a great opportunity to earn additional income. And when the world of crypto entered our lives, things became even easier in terms of trading and investing.
That said, this field truly requires strong mental discipline. If you rely on crypto as a source of extra income, it becomes difficult to control your emotions when you see prices suddenly crash. But over the years, I’ve built a kind of immunity after witnessing so many market fluctuations. I’ve even developed a solid track record of predicting what’s coming next.
I have a lovely family made up of my father, mother, and my 10-year-old younger sister. My father works on our piece of land, while my mother takes care of some animals. We live a peaceful and simple life. Even though we don’t live in luxury, I truly feel grateful for the calm and modest lifestyle we have something you won’t easily find in the fast-paced, capitalist world outside.
I hope to be a valuable member of this community and to share with you some insights about our way of life, as well as topics related to accounting and what I’ve learned in the world of cryptocurrency. I really see this community as unique and truly wonderful.
