My name is Rosmerby, I am 38 years old, by profession as a lawyer, I was born and raised in Venezuela, I entered this page on the recommendation of someone who occupies a significant place in my history: my husband and father of my children @ rolling2021. The truth is that I spent hours and hours thinking about what to write to present myself to you since I have a diversity of roles and responsibilities, until finally today I decided to start with this small introduction, trying to show a little of each aspect of my life, and It is an honor for me to be here dedicating these lines to all of you, knowing that every day you take great care and do a great job to share in this space.

Mi nombre es Rosmerby, tengo 38 años de edad, de profesión abogada, nací y crecí en Venezuela, entré a esta página por recomendación de alguien que ocupa un lugar significativo en mi historia: mi esposo y padre de mis hijos
One of the greatest challenges I have had, without a doubt, has been to assume the role of mother, I have three small children that science told me I could not have, but by the power of God they are here as faithful companions on each journey and today they are my greatest blessing, my complement, my SELF: Samuel, Eileen and Reison, my offspring whom I love unconditionally. We come from a large family, whose roots come from the east of the country, since I was a child I have always had a high family attachment because they are exceptional beings from whom I have learned many things. Currently at home we are ten people who every day do our best to maintain a harmonious environment, developing constructive activities for everyone, such as cleaning, planting in small spaces, movie afternoons, hot chocolate nights, among many other things that they make our life more peculiar. For me, above all, it is comforting to still be able to share that delicious coffee in the afternoon with my mother, who has been my best friend and advisor, especially in times of uncertainty.
Uno de los más grandes retos que he tenido, sin duda alguna, ha sido asumir el rol de madre, tengo tres pequeños hijos que la ciencia me dijo que no podría tener, pero por el poder de Dios aquí están como fieles compañeros en cada travesía y hoy día son mi mayor bendición, mi complemento, mi SER: Samuel, Eileen y Reison, mis retoños a quienes amo incondicionalmente. Venimos de una familia numerosa, cuyas raíces provienen del oriente del país, desde niña siempre he tenido un alto apego familiar porque son seres excepcionales de los cuales he aprendido muchas cosas. Actualmente en casa somos diez personas que cada día hacemos lo posible por mantener un ambiente armonioso, desarrollando actividades constructivas para todos, como la limpieza, la siembra en pequeños espacios, las tardes de películas, las noches de chocolate caliente, entre muchas otras cosas que hacen que nuestra vida sea más peculiar. Para mí sobre todo es reconfortante poder compartir aún ese delicioso café por las tardes con mi mamá, quien ha sido mi mejor amiga y consejera sobre todo en los momentos de incertidumbre.
Another of my great passions is my professional career; I began my law studies in 2010 at the "Rómulo Gallegos" National Experimental University, an unforgettable experience that had its outcome in 2016 with an honorary graduation that coincided with the birth of my third and last child, and since then I have been practicing with Legal vocation as a lawyer but not from those cold and serious people who are often seen in court work spaces, with all due respect, sincerely sometimes I try to have that bearing but that goes, I always end up bored and then I prefer to be myself again . That is why most of my work has to do with children and entrepreneurs, since with each case I feel that I am entering an adventure in which I humbly intend to contribute to justice so that the darkness that sometimes covers those beings is suddenly enlightened by the correct decision of the judges to whom I try to give me good advice about what is correct even if they already know it.
Otra de mis grandes pasiones es mi carrera profesional; Inicié mis estudios de Derecho en el año 2.010 en la Universidad Nacional Experimental “Rómulo Gallegos”, una experiencia inolvidable que tuvo su desenlace en el 2.016 con una graduación honorífica que coincidió con el nacimiento de mi tercer y último hijo, y desde entonces ejerzo con vocación jurídica como abogada pero no de esa gente fría y seria que muchas veces se ven en los espacios de trabajo tribunalicio, con todo respeto, sinceramente a veces trato de tener ese porte pero que va, siempre termino aburrida y entonces prefiero volver a ser yo. Por eso la mayor parte de mi trabajo tiene que ver con los niños y los empresarios, ya que con cada caso siento que entro en una aventura en la cual pretendo con mucha humildad contribuir a hacer justicia para que la oscuridad que a veces cubre a esos seres se vea de pronto iluminada por la decisión acertada de los jueces a los que trato de darme a buenas acerca de lo que es lo correcto aunque ellos ya lo sepan.
I also love reading ... I love books that make my imagination fly ... through reading I have learned to know other worlds without moving from the place where I am, although I am also fascinated by traveling. I have had the privilege of knowing a large part of my beloved country Venezuela; I have also traveled outside of it, I have been able to appreciate beautiful places that I keep in my memories and they have left me great experiences as well as they have allowed me to deal with many people of different cultures and customs.
Además me encanta leer… Me encantan los libros que hacen volar mi imaginación… a través de la lectura he aprendido a conocer otros mundos sin moverme del lugar donde estoy, aunque también me fascina viajar. He tenido el privilegio de conocer gran parte de mi amado país Venezuela; también he viajado fuera de él, he podido apreciar lugares hermosos que guardo en mis recuerdos y me han dejado grandes experiencias al igual que me han permitido tratar con muchas personas de diversas culturas y costumbres.
