By now all over the world news agencies are announcing one of the biggest brands of the world is stopping its advertising in Facebook following brands as Unilever, Levi Strauss & Co, Eddie Bauer, The North Face, Patagonia, REI and Verizon.
Although Coke has not explicitly stated their announcement is due to the Facebook policy with a recent boycott campaign from pro-civil rights organizations after George Floid's murder, it is clear the reason behind that decision is the campaign against racism.
We are living an inflection point against control and centralization worldwide . The pace of events plus the control we suffer from all traditional institutions, public and private, is reaching a point where more and more people are starting to see a new era has to start empowering users and pushing decentralization.
