Three days ago, sadly, Sir Ken Robinson, author of one of the most viewed TED Talk with over 66 million, passed away.
He was the author of many books talking about the way the educational system fails to do its job, focusing only on several academic subjects leaving many of our students unable to find their real passion.
As the world evolves, technology changes keep getting faster and faster and many students find it difficult to find what is their real passion or what they would love to do for their career.
One of his books, "Finding your element" is a must-read for all those who still are unsure about their future and uncomfortable with their current job or their studies.
If you want to get an insight into his thoughts I recommend you to watch this interview Chris Anderson made him just a year and a half ago.
You can also watch this lecture where he provides basic principles and tools to help guide them to do the work they enjoy with a sense of contentment and purpose
