Happy Sunday to you all! Today it's a sunny day and since a couple of days here in my area (tuscany region in Italy) people can go out for a walk, but I didn't at now bacause after a couple of months of isolation my anxiety make me feel no good to stay out. Today I decided I'll go out for my first, simple walk along the side of the river close to home, because I know I have to fight my anxiety (sure, everyone here is wearing the masks and respecting the right distance).
I need to walk out of home even if just for some minutes and I need to feel myself safe again.
Waiting the moment for my walk (I'll go out during the dinner time, when all the people around will be around their table ^_^ ), I painted a new woman inspired by an old photo about a native girl I found on google.
I also took some pics during the process so you can give a look "behind the scenes":
It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A5 size and soon I'll add it in my online shops. ^_^
