Talking about Indonesia this time, the Government and Bank Indonesia have just released seven denominations of Banknotes for the 2022 Emission Year (Currency TE 2022).
However, if you look at them one by one, you will find differences between the new and old bills. The new denominations officially apply, are issued and circulated in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) to coincide with Indonesia's 77th Independence Day.
The 2022 TE currency consists of denominations of IDR 100,000, 50,000, 20,000 IDR, 10,000 IDR, 5,000 IDR, 2,000 IDR, and 1,000 IDR. This new coin still displays the main image of a national hero on the obverse, as well as the theme of Indonesian culture in the form of images of dances, landscapes and flora on the back like the TE 2016 or old banknotes.
