This is a requested topic, and one that I am surprised that I've never asked the Tarot.
What does a healthy relationship between a man and a woman look like?
As I think of the people I know in America, I can't really think of too many examples of healthy relationships in the couples(even married) that I know. Maybe the reading will give us a pearl of wisdom.
This reading is done specifically for relationships between women and men. Other combinations would be different readings.
What does a healthy man/woman relationship look like?
Let's see what the cards say...
The 4 of Pentacles at the bottom shows a fundamental fear of letting something go. Immediately, this shows that a healthy relationship will by default be built on fear, but that fear will have to be conquered.
The specific fear shown here is a fear of letting go of things that cling to.
The 10 of Wands in the middle shows a labor of love. This is the labor of service to the relationship.
The Queen of Cups shows devotion, and the 10 of Wands moves into a 2 of Pentacles. The 2 of Pentacles shows movement, and the opposite of stagnation. As I look at this, the 2 people in the relationship are the 2 pentacles. This is a rotation of focus between the 2 people. First one, then the other like a dance. This could represent individual goals as well as a general focus of love.
Devotion and service to each person in rotation like a dance.
The Devil and the 8 of Cups show a core struggle for the man and the woman.
The man must conquer The Devil, meaning his obsessive, possessive, lusty, and hateful nature.
The woman must be able to let go of old emotional baggage and trauma. This can be fresh, old, and inherited.
On some level, this shows a default state that men are devils, and women are trying to walk away from their shit! lol
The higher wisdom card is of the 3 of Wands. Patience and growing something together are the key. The only reason there are men and women is so we can create life. Making sure that something is being created or cared for is the higher wisdom key.
I would love to hear any thoughts on this:)
