You might cry , well let the emotions flow , feel the sadness too. Things will be fine , may be take break, feel good , eat , watch and detox , go to mountains , watch sunsets.
I know our minds are really fragile , but you can build it stronger most importantly you gotta explore and experience yourself that's all Some situations make you recall about the past memories even after that particular person comes to your life and gives you hope again about that one thing which you lost back then, but you still feel scared every time it keeps haunting you down the memory lane and you tend loose this person rather than moving on from someone else.
