Have a good day everyone , hopping that you are in good condition as always . I'm thinking what to cook today, it's really hard to always think what I'm gonna cook. I have this problem every day, especially when the allowance is small, so I really need to save to fit my budget.
And because our dish yesterday was vegetables, what I bought today was chicken for only 100 pesos I'll try to cook chicken adobo with coconut milk, It's my first time to cook this.Ill always cook chicken but Only adobo , but they said it more delecious if you added some Coconut milk.
when I finish to cooked it It's really yummy 🤤 love the taste.
Here's the Ingredients:
1/2 cup vinegar.
2 pieces of crushed garlic.
2 pieces of chili.
1 small piece of sliced ginger.
1/4 teaspoon pepper corn, crushed.
1 small laurel leaf.
1 tablespoon of salt.
1/2 cup of thick coconut milk.
3 tablespoons of frying oil.
1 kilo of chicken sliced to desired size.
METHOD OF COOKING
1.Combine all the ingredients except the coconut milk and let it mix for 30 minutes.
2.Put in the pan, cover and boil until the chicken is tender.
Drain and set aside the broth.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until it turns brown.
Pour all the fat from the skillet.
Add the sauce again and boil uncovered until the liquid or broth is only 1 1/4 cups.
- Add the coconut milk. Mix with a spoon. Repeat for up to 3 minutes. And serve hot.
