Hello, everyone. Today, while I was at work in the gym, my friend contacted me. He asked me if i want to go with him to the mountains to practice the Wim Hof method and dive into the icy river. I quickly found someone to change me for a few hours at work and I told him to come and get me.
The road conditions up in the mountains were a bit critical, but we still reached the place without any problems. We inspected the situation and paved the way to the river to make it easier for us when we are already in flip-flops.
I couldn't wait to get back and got back in the car for three rounds of Wim Hoff breathing. Then I quickly undressed and headed for the river.
I moved slowly to have more time to adapt to the cold. The air temperature was 3 degrees Celsius. While walking, I made some movements in the upper part of the body to stimulate blood circulation.
People in passing cars look in amazement and smile. I reached the place where the river is and went down near it.
Here I did the last warm-up before the ice water. About 20 squats with arms raised above the head.
After breathing and warming up, there was nothing left but to go to the river and cool off😁

Well, I'm already inside. Thanks to the training with cold, breathing and good psyche, I do not feel very cold.
I stayed in the ice water for 1:30 minutes, which is not a bad result. I can still, but I don't want to test my limits, I'm just having fun.
After this icy party, I felt great and full of energy. I think the look on my face describes exactly how I feel😊
