Help!

Hello.

First of all please forgive me if this is not the correct place to post this.
But I don't know where else to have my questions answered so here it goes.

Since the switch over to HIVE I've had a issue with the wallet.
Now perhaps this is common for many and part of growing pains but I'd like to know for sure that is the case.

Here are the problem I've encountered.

1. When I try to go to the wallet I get this:

Is it because when I came over my balance for steemit was low? Or something else?

Again it may be because in the months leading up to this point I powered down anticipating a steemit collapse.

Anyway if anyone knows the answers I'd appreciate it.
