WHO AM I
My name is Lan Anh, currently, 21 years old and studying, working at Hue city, a city famous for its quietness and peace.
WHERE IS MY HOMETOWN
I was born and raised in Ha Tinh province, in central Vietnam. Ha Tinh is famous for its lyrical land because it suffers from many extreme weather phenomena such as floods, storms, and droughts.
My hometown is also famous for its wonderful folk songs, which are recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity. Although Ha Tinh is a poor province, the people here are hardworking, studious, and very friendly.

Like many others, I left my hometown when I was 18 years old to pursue my dream of being an English teacher. I chose Hue to study because the cost in Hue is cheaper than other places, and Hue is also very peaceful and poetic, but in the rainy season it is also very hard because it rains a lot and will rain for a long time.

Currently, I am a 3rd-year student at Hue University of Foreign Languages, majoring in English. I am an active person, so I have participated in a lot of volunteering activities in Hue. I also like sports, socializing, making friends. I was a member of some clubs in Hue. Notably the IZ Hue community, a community that helps you learn English and creatively experience famous places in Hue city. Along with that, I have a small family in Hue with 15 people, members are Catholic students studying in different schools in Hue, living together and living under the roof called a charity house. We have a lot of activities such as studying, going out, drinking, playing sports together. there is a saying that " if you want to go fast, go alone. if you want to go far, go together". I am the type of person who likes to go here and there to discover new things, and I love to learn a lot of good things in the world but I also really like quiet at night.

First, I want to be myself. That means I can tell, share my real experiences with you because you don't exactly know who I am and I don't know who you are, so I won't need to be embarrassed or confused by my bullshit stories. Secondly, I want to improve my English writing ability every day. With your comment, my writing style will be better and more appropriate as well as my clumsy words will also be improved. The third is that I want to get to know you guys to make new friends in a new community because I want to go far.
